MJTD SPEARHEADS THILAWA SEZ SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS’ ENGAGEMENT AND EVALUATION MEETING

Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited (MJTD) organized the evaluation and engagement meeting with Thilawa SEZ scholar students which spearheaded by Community Relations Department on 29th March 2024 at MJTD Multi-purpose Hall.

Initially, the Welcoming speeches were led by CEO of MJTD and Officer of Community Relations Department and followed by introduction to the Thilawa SEZ and the purpose of Thilawa SEZ scholarship. Following that, the 16 attendees of the Thilawa SEZ scholars shared their academic year experiences, discussed the challenges faced among the community students, and outlined their aspirations for future educational support. Additionally, a standout student in Medical University shared invaluable insights and experiences from their university life with fellow junior scholar students.

Additionally, the scholar students feedbacks and comments were to be incorporated into better educational supportive which is designed to bettering the studying atmosphere through TSEZ scholarship program.

The Thilawa Special Economic Zone continuously committed to advancing the educational sector in communities surrounding the SEZ, striving for progress through the provision of quality education and increased access to higher education opportunities for the community children.
