Project Outline

Thilawa SEZ is the first Special Economic Zone in Myanmar under corporation between Myanmar and Japan. MJTD, the only developer, is implementing this project in 2,400 ha land, phase by phase. Not only industrial area but also residential and commercial area, rental factory and rental office are developed.
