Thilawa SEZ Administration Complex which is home to Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Head Office and One Stop Service Centre, is situated on Dagon-Thilawa Road and adjacent to the main gate of TSEZ Zone A.

The two-storied office complex, total renting space of 742 sq.m, comprises of rental offices with different floor areas ranging from 25 sq.m to 85 sq.m. Apart from rental offices, a 266 sq.m multipurpose hall with movable partitions is also available to facilitate the occasions of the tenants.
